H&H Signature Renovations takes bathrooms back to the studs with one in-house crew, a written fixed-price scope and the permits handled. The shop is on North Federal Highway, a short drive from your house.

Built down the road on North Federal Highway

H&H Signature Renovations is the owner-led team for bathroom remodeling in Lake Worth Beach, working from 1730 N Federal Hwy. One crew handles demolition, plumbing, electrical, waterproofing, tile, glass, cabinetry and finish work, and the same people run the job from day one to the walkthrough. The company takes full renovations only, not small repairs.

Before anyone opens a wall, you get a measured scope and a fixed price, not an allowance that grows later. The team checks whether your home sits in one of the city's six historic districts, handles the permit process and builds any review into the schedule. Google reviewers give the firm 5.0 stars across 101 reviews.

Bathroom remodeling in Lake Worth Beach, and the rest of the house

Bathroom Remodeling

Primary baths, guest baths and powder rooms taken back to the studs. Pan slope, corners and every penetration are waterproofed before tile is set. Fixtures can move, including toilets and shower drains rerouted through the slab, and the crew finishes tile, glass, vanities and trim in house.

Tub-to-Shower Conversion

The tub nobody uses comes out and a walk-in shower goes in. The work covers drain relocation, a new pan with curb or curbless entry, full waterproofing, tile, niche, bench and frameless glass. Grab-bar blocking goes into the wall while it is open.

Kitchen Remodeling

Layout, cabinetry, countertops, islands, lighting, plumbing and electrical under one crew. Because most county homes sit on a concrete slab, the team checks early whether a sink or island can move. Salt air and humidity shape hardware and cabinet box choices too.

Custom Closets and Built-Ins

Closets built as millwork to the opening you have, plus media walls, bookcases, window seats and fireplace surrounds. Wiring and venting are solved before the carpentry closes in. One Google reviewer said a fireplace bookcase with window seats beat the work of dozens of earlier contractors.

Why Palm Beach County homeowners pick H&H

01

A scope, not an allowance

Selections are made before the price is set, so the estimate you sign is the one the bathroom is built to. Problems found at the walkthrough go into the number up front.

02

The owner is on the job

Tristan Dankert founded H&H in 2018 and leads every project. Reviewers call him thorough, knowledgeable and kind, and say he listened to what they wanted.

03

Local permit know-how

The team handles permits, the Notice of Commencement and association packets, and reconfirms city rules on every job, including historic district review in Lake Worth Beach.

04

Insured, with paperwork ready

H&H is insured in Florida and sends certificates of insurance to condo associations and property managers on request, so building approval does not hold up your start date.

Founded and led by Tristan Dankert

Tristan Dankert founded H&H Signature Renovations in 2018, though his work in the building trades started well before that. He still owns each project from the first walkthrough to the final reveal, with no string of subcontractors to juggle.

His standard is simple: proper waterproofing, quality materials and skilled tile work, finished by a clean crew that protects your home. Reviewers notice.

One homeowner watched him renovate her kitchen and her neighbor's at the same time, and another says he was the first contractor recommended to her.

Lake Worth Beach bathroom questions, answered

Is the estimate free?

Yes. H&H offers a free in-home estimate with no obligation. The team walks the bathroom, measures it and talks through what is not working. You then get a written scope and a fixed price, set after selections are made, so the number does not creep up through allowances once work starts.

My house is in a historic district. Can I still remodel the bathroom?

Usually yes. Lake Worth Beach has six local historic districts, and the city requires a Certificate of Appropriateness before exterior work. A bathroom is interior, so most projects skip that step. If your plan changes a window or an exterior door, or vents through an outside wall, review applies and H&H builds it into the schedule.

Florida changed the permit law. Do I still need a permit?

Most likely. Under Florida House Bill 803, some residential projects under $7,500 may qualify for a permit exemption from July 1, 2026, but the city says it is not automatic and owners must apply first. A full bathroom renovation usually costs well above that, and H&H handles the permitting process either way.

Do you take small repair jobs?

No. H&H does full renovations only: primary baths, guest baths, powder rooms, tub-to-shower conversions, kitchens, closets and built-ins. Small repairs, maintenance and urgent repair calls are not offered, which keeps the crew focused on the projects it has scheduled and on finishing them well.

Can you work in my condo building?

Yes. H&H is insured in Florida and sends certificates naming your association or property manager on request. The team prepares the approval packet, reserves the service elevator and plans work around building hours. Shared waste stacks can limit how far a wet wall can move, so that gets checked at the first walkthrough.
